the location is great it is a short walk from the train station water buses and taxis are also very accessible i found the breakfast delicious it had a wide variety of choices. the staff were friendly and helpful i appreciated their assistance .

the air conditioning did not work i believe the hotel was already aware of this issue it was disappointing. there was no plug in our sink the shower head faced the door of showers so the floor got very wet

The hotel's location near the train station made arrival easy, only a short walk. The staff offered warm potable water and complimentary coffee late in the day. My room was quiet, with a balcony facing the building's back. It gave a calm rest (i enjoyed it so much!).

the air conditioning didn't worked, and its known by the hotel. i can't imagine what this room would be like in the summer. the shower head faces the door, so the floor got wet. service was also very poor, i had to set my own table and ask for coffee.

the breakfast was acceptable though nothing too special.

The air conditioning was definitely an issue. It didn't seem to work properly. i reported it, but the room remained uncomfortably warm throughout my stay (it was like a sauna, honestly). this made it hard to relax in the room after a long day. I also noticed a musty smell in the bathroom, possibly due to the humidity.
